A cracked supply line at 2am, a water heater that quit on a Sunday, a slab leak that's been climbing your water bill for weeks — whatever brought you here, our Rodney-based crews are already staged and ready to roll.
Behind Street Wise - Plumbing is a crew of journeyman and master plumbers who've worked on everything from century-old cast iron to brand-new PEX systems. We're insured for the job, licensed in MI, and we stand behind every repair with a written warranty.
Experience matters here — a technician who's replaced a hundred water heaters spots the corroded shutoff valve or undersized gas line before it becomes a callback. That's the level of eye we send to every Rodney job.
Training doesn't stop after licensing. Our Rodney team runs regular refreshers on code updates, new fixture technology, and the material mix specific to Rodney, MI construction, so a repair holds up to inspection, not just to a quick test run.
Plumbing rarely fails without warning — it usually gives you a week or two of small signals before the big one. Watch for these.
When water's actively coming out somewhere it shouldn't, minutes matter more than money. Our on-call technicians in Rodney are dispatched with the parts and equipment to handle burst pipes, failed water heaters, and overflowing fixtures on the first trip.
Faucet replacements, garbage disposal swaps, toilet installs, and whole-house re-pipes — our residential division works on the full range of what a Rodney home needs, not just the easy jobs.
Restaurants, offices, and retail spaces in Rodney, MI can't afford extended downtime over a plumbing issue. Our commercial team is equipped for grease trap service, backflow testing, and multi-fixture repairs on a schedule that respects your operating hours.
Our drain team runs camera line inspections before recommending anything invasive, so you're not paying for a dig-up when a hydro-jetting service would clear it.
Whether it's a pilot light that won't stay lit or a full tank-to-tankless conversion, our technicians are certified on both gas and electric systems common in Rodney, MI homes.
We use electronic leak detection to pinpoint the source before any demolition starts, so the repair stays focused instead of turning into a bigger project than it needs to be.
Whether it's a single kitchen faucet swap or a full bathroom remodel's worth of fixtures, our team handles the rough-in and finish work in one visit where possible.

Once the fix is complete and tested, you get a written warranty — if something related fails, we come back and make it right.
